Tabbed Dividers

Printed tabbed file dividers are an excellent addition to your loose leaf ring binders.  Custom made folder dividers provide a neat way of organising your pages into sections giving a professional finish to your reports, manuals or general information which require a loose leaf bespoke binder.  We can manufacture your page dividers to your exact specification, simply give us your brief and we will do the rest.

Can custom printed tabbed dividers be manufactured in different materials?  Yes they can be produced in several materials including card, pvc dividers, plastic file dividers and polypropylene.

Are different paper sizes and orientations available? Definitely, all printed file divider tabs can be customised to your specific requirements. Sizes range from A7-A3 in either portrait or landscape.

Where can we print on tabbed dividers?  They can be printed on  just the tab or if required the body
of the divider as well and also to both front and back.

How many tabs can there be in a set? Totally up to you, the governing factor is the printed wording being large enough to be legible. Tab heights are usually an equal multiple of the height of the paper size but you can have a bespoke length if you want. Depending on the number of tabs you choose they could be shown in 1 flight or spread over several flights also known as gangs.

Can I have a different shape to the tab? Absolutely, there is a standard rectangular shape and width but bespoke sizes and shapes can be specified. Also, we can manufacture extra wide dividers for use with punched pockets. These are known as the size of paper plus tab plus tab, for example A4+tab+tab.

What printing methods can be used? The print method depends on what you want printed and the number of tabbed divider sets needed. Spot colours lend itself to screen printing but if full colour is required then lower volumes would be digitally printed and larger volumes litho printed.

Can the punched holes configuration match the ring mechanisms in my ring binders? They certainly can, from 2 to 6 holes are standard but also if you have a special ring mechanisms such as 9 ring we can match that too.
