We can produce large ring binders or small ring binders imprinted with your logo depending on your requirements. Many of the printed conference folders, zipped portfolio cases and bespoke ring binders can be made in either portrait or landscape format for paper sizes A6, A5, A4 and A3 and capacities from 15mm up to a maximum of 100mm in certain materials. A professional branded binder imprinted with your logo can also be complimented by a custom slip case providing a high quality finish. Custom printed binder folders offer a perfect solution of storing loose leaf papers which may require changing such as product presentations, manuals or reports.  You can select the number of rings you require from a 2 ring binder, 3 ring binders, 4 ring binders,  simply ask about our ring binder printing services.

Which ring binder is best?
This really depends on your requirements, for a binder that is going to be used on a daily basis, for example in an office or a factory then we would recommend a PVC binder folder that will be easy to clean and  is  very hardwearing.  However, if you are looking for a conference ring binder/folder for the boardroom or office then a luxury leather presentation folder or a PU binder that can be debossed, foil blocked or printed with a full colour digital print will make a smart addition.

Paper over Board Ring Binders

Paper over Board (POB) printed ring binders provides a simple and cost effective method of producing promotional ring binders with full colour images. Custom binders are suitable for both small runs, which can be digitally printed.  For longer runs our paper over board ring binders would be litho printed. This method proves to be an inexpensive option for producing custom A4 ring binders including lever arch branded folders. Other sizes of bespoke ring binders are available from A6 to A3. Bookcloth Ring Binders

Bookcloth provides a strong, hard wearing high quality finish in many textures and colours which can be complimented with screen printing, foil blocking, embossing or even digital printing. Ideally suited to executive binders, bookcloth can also be used to produce slip cases which provides a superior method of storing paperwork. Again, we can produce printed slip cases with screen print, foil blocking and embossing.

Polypropylene Ring Binders

Custom printed Polypropylene (PP) ring binders offers an extremely hard wearing product which has the option of several stock
colours and thicknesses. We can manufacture branded polypropylene ring binders to your specification with print
finishes such as litho, screen printing, digital print, foil blocking and even embossing. These polypropylene ring

PVC Ring Binders

PVC provides an incredibly versatile method of producing custom folders, ring binders and clipboards. There is an extensive range of stock colours available to compliment your bespoke presentation binders. Branding methods include screen printing, litho printing, digital printing, foil blocking and debossing.  Additionally PVC ring binders can be foam padded, this adds an extra feel of luxury to the product.  Encapsulated PVC ring binder’s are another popular option, encapsulated binders have clear pockets welded to both inside and the outside of the binder.  PVC presentation binders with a pocket to front cover and spines allows for reuse by changing the inserts in the pockets.  We can manufacture all PVC ring binders in many different sizes and variations.

PU and Leather Ring Binders

PU and leather bespoke ring binders offer a traditional luxury presentation ring binder or conference folder. Produced in both PU and genuine leather these folders offer a classic superior finish with an extensive range of colours. Printing options include screen, digital and embossing/ debossing. This range comes with various pocket configurations including a zipped conference folder.
